And the beat goes on......

I haven't posted much in the last few weeks mainly becuase everyone here has been attacked by the flu. We are all doing better now but it hit us on the week of my final for Nursing 1. So I spent my week nursing myself back to health, mopping up oodles of puke and calming my children as they felt like monsters had crawled in their bodies. I could not have made it through the week if it was not for my Mom or friends. Mom took the first shift on Monday as Emma and I were attacked then she took care of Tayler. Then Thursday was the day of my final and Jonathan woke up vomiting and was quickly turning into a prune! With his heart being of a concern to me I was too afraid to allow him to dehydrate too much but I had to take my final!! So I left him with a friend, dropped off Emma at another friends house and drove myself to school. I rushed through my final and rushed back to take care of Jonathan. Phew!!! Needless to say I did really good on my final and was DARN proud of myself. I work REALLY well under pressure I guess.
